Attribute the author of each change.

Include commits directly to source, not just Pull Requests.

Remove changes which only contain whitespace or only affect meta-files.

Separate the changes into sections based on common changelog types.

Include a link to the full commit log of changes.

Add a section to list first-time contributors (show all contributors instead).
